Requesting EMA Services

For Government Agencies Requiring Emergency Response Services:

If you are having a personal life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 for emergency Police / Fire / Medical / Ambulance services.

Call (630) 257-6689 to request services from Lemont EMA. Requests must originate from the government agency with jurisdiction for the service being requested.  We cannot accept direct requests for service from the public.

Please be prepared to provide the following:

• Name of Requesting Agency
• Nature of incident
• Specific type and quantity of resources needed
• Location of incident or staging area
• Your Name and title
• Contact information for Command Staff
